Our Occupational Therapy program is designed to enhance daily living skills, social participation, and sensory regulation by provided the therapy inside a digital interactive environment.
Under the guidance of a qualified and experienced occupational therapist, participants will engage in personalised activities and challenges within interactive platforms tailored to their specific therapeutic needs.
There’s no commitment required, we simply ask that you begin one session to trial the service. This allows you to experience our support with the option to continue if desired.

Minds Occupational Therapists
Occupation Therapists (OT) are academically qualified Occupational Therapists. They are registered and accredited through AHPRA. Our OT’s are also trained and experienced in utilizing interactive platforms as part of their modality. They are already a professional in their field and ideally suited for participants requiring a deeper & tailored level of professional therapy.

Pricing
Sessions start at 1 hour and can be extended up to 4 hours with breaks. (We recommend 90 minute sessions)
1:1 Counselling / $156.16 per hour
1:1 Occupational Therapy / $193.99 per hour
1:1 Art Therapy / $156.16 per hour
2:2 Group Therapy / $156.16 per hour
1:2+ Group Therapy / $78.08 per hour (PoS)
Onboarding and Assessment costs
Our team invests significant time in collating your information and completing an assessment to be able to provide suitable therapy in line with your needs and goals (which may include a call). This is a charged assessment when you join.
We may request to conduct assessments and provide recommendations at various times to ensure that goals, therapists, and therapy plans remain aligned and relevant.
Assessment and Recommendations are capped at $156.16

- Adults of any age
Session Times
Sessions run any day, time and duration of your choosing. Simply let us know in the registration form.
Program of Support for Group Sessions
Groups and Weekend Programs are delivered under an Program of Support (PoS).
This helps us provide stable, consistent group experiences while factoring in planning, therapist time, group structure, and outcomes more effectively, while giving families peace of mind around costs and scheduling.
Even if a participant misses a session, they will still be charged for the session ensuring supporting continuity, structure, and engagement for everyone involved. Read more about a PoS.
Requirements.
Participant must already have an online device plus a good internet connection and (if required) an online device-specific subscription. You will also require a headset and a private space where therapy can be provided.
Set-up, Technical Issues & Reporting
Online platforms require occasional setup. Internet dropouts or technical issues may also occur. Our therapist takes notes during sessions, which is factored into the session duration. A small portion of each session will be spent on these necessary activities.
No long term commitment, If you wish to cancel at any time, let us know 48 business hours before the next scheduled session. (All Group or Weekend Programs require 2 weeks cancellation notice.)
