Evidence-based Therapy Via Interactive Spaces & online platforms & Games
Cyber Safety and Safe Gaming
Confident, safer engagement in online and digital spaces
Online spaces are an important part of everyday life, offering opportunities for connection, creativity, learning and fun. Our cyber safety workshops help participants, families and carers build confidence, understand online risks and develop practical skills for navigating digital spaces safely.
What We Cover
Workshops explore topics such as recognising unsafe interactions, managing screen time and digital routines, protecting privacy and accounts, communicating respectfully online, and knowing when and how to ask for support. Content is tailored to suit each participant’s age, needs and online experiences.
How It Is Delivered
Cyber safety support can be delivered as a standalone workshop, integrated into ongoing therapy sessions, or offered to families and carers as a coaching module. Depending on the format, we work through examples in real time, walk through scenarios, and build practical skills.
Who This May Suit
Participants of any age who use online platforms and games, parents and carers looking to feel more informed, and support teams working with participants who spend time online. Content is shaped around the age and context of the audience.
What Participants and Families Often Find
- A better understanding of online gaming spaces
- Practical steps they can put into place straight away
- Greater confidence having conversations about online safety
- A clearer understanding of risks, warning signs and when to seek support
- A shared understanding across the family or group

Onboarding, Assessments, Recommendations, and Additional Service costs
Our team takes time to review your information and complete an Initial Therapy Assessment and Recommendation. This helps us ensure your therapy plan is built around your needs and goals. This also may include a brief call with a member of our team. The assessment is charged at $156.16 (AUD).
From time to time, we may also complete a review assessment to check that your goals and plan are still relevant. These are charged at the hourly rate of the type of therapist conducting the assessment.
Our session fees cover your therapy, reasonable work, coordination and correspondence. Where these duties go beyond this time, additional charges may apply. This includes things outside of session such as clinical questions, calls, plan-changes, and repeated coordination requests for example. You will be informed when an additional charge will take place. Full details are set out in our Additional Services Policy and our Schedule of Fees.

Session Times
Sessions run any day, time and duration of your choosing. Simply let us know in the registration form.
No long term commitment
If you wish to cancel at any time, let us know 48 hours before the next scheduled session. (All Group or Weekend Programs require 2 weeks cancellation notice.)
Program of Support for Group Sessions
Groups and Weekend Programs are delivered under a Program of Support (PoS).
This helps us provide stable, consistent group experiences while factoring in planning, therapist time, group structure, and outcomes more effectively, while giving families peace of mind around costs and scheduling.
Even if a participant misses a session, they will still be charged for the session supporting continuity, structure, and engagement for everyone involved. Read more about a PoS.
Set-up, Technical Issues & Reporting
Online platforms require occasional setup. Internet dropouts or technical issues may also occur. Our therapist takes notes during sessions, which is factored into the session duration. A small portion of each session will be spent on these necessary activities.
