Who We Are
Minds Support Network is an Australian Counselling and Allied Health NDIS-registered provider. We are a large team of counsellors, art therapists, occupational therapists and psychologists, many of whom bring lived experience of disability and neurodivergence to the team.
Where We Are
We are based in South Australia and deliver Telehealth therapy online across all of Australia. In practice, that means we meet participants wherever they are most comfortable, in a video call, in chat, or inside a game. Where there is an internet connection, we can provide therapy.
South Australia
Our physical headquarters and roots where our foundational journey began.
Australia-Wide
Delivering accessible, remote allied health care across all states and regional territories.
Every Online Space
Meeting participants in video calls, messaging chats, or multiplayer game servers.
What We Do
We provide counselling, art therapy, occupational therapy, and psychology services, delivered via Telehealth, through game-based and online environments. We work with people of all ages, and we support participants across a range of goals, including emotional regulation, identity, social connection, anxiety, school and work distress, and burnout recovery.
Counselling
Safe, collaborative talk and active support focusing on mental wellbeing, emotional growth, and navigating life challenges.
Art Therapy
A powerful therapeutic tool for participants where art becomes the common space to allow therapy to emerge naturally.
Occupational Therapy
Practical support building daily routines, executive functioning, independence, and sensory regulation within familiar spaces.
Psychology
Evidence-based psychological interventions and clinical assessments tailored to neurodivergent individuals and complex needs.
Game-Based Therapy
Using Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite and other games as an interactive platform for connection, social skills, low-demand capacity building, communication and more.
Telehealth Therapy
Flexible telehealth sessions via secure video, audio, or messaging channels, reducing geographical and mobility barriers.
Why We Do It
“Meet people where they are.”
We created Minds Support Network so that therapy could meet the participant where they are. Games and online spaces provide the place to facilitate the therapy. A shared space where connection happens gently, and where the pace is set by the participant. With Telehealth we can reach participants who live with agoraphobia, struggle to engage socially, have sensory difficulties, or simply cannot access traditional in-person support.
Low-Demand Safety
No forced eye contact, clinic intimidation, or rigid expectations.
Collaborative Connection
Collaborating within virtual worlds that may build therapeutic trust organically without confrontation.
Participant-Paced
Participants lead the rhythm of engagement, ensuring autonomy and sustained comfort.
How We Work
A clear, collaborative 4-step pathway centered entirely around participant comfort and transparent outcomes.
01
Start With a Conversation
We start with a friendly conversation about what you would like and what your goals are.
02
Assessment
From there, we complete and internal assessment and match you with a therapist suited to your needs as a participant, such as goals, age, and someone who is engaged in the platforms you already enjoy.
03
Participant-Led Sessions
Sessions are participant-led. Progress is reviewed as required with the participant, nominees, and with the people authorised as supports such as selected family, carers, support workers, schools, support coordinators, plan managers and so on.
04
Qualified & Supported Practitioners
Our therapists are accredited and credentialed holding current registration with ACA, PACFA, AHPRA or ANZACATA based on their individual qualifications. This includes ongoing external clinical supervision. All our therapists hold a current NDIS screen, WWCC, and police clearances and additional in-house training.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Whether that’s through conversation, creativity, online spaces or games, we’re here to help you find a way of connecting that works for you.
