Evidence-based Therapy Via Interactive Spaces & online platforms & Games
Counselling in Online Platforms & Games
Therapy for Children, Teens, Young Adults & Adults
Counselling through interactive platforms & games like Minecraft, Fortnite & Roblox can provide a supportive digital environment where participants can work toward their goals with the guidance of a therapist.
There’s no commitment required, we simply ask that you begin with an onboarding assessment plus one session to trial the service. This allows you to experience our support with the option to continue if desired.
At any time, therapy provided in interactive platforms can be adjusted to more traditional counselling approaches, while allowing the option to return to interactive therapy when ready.
Individual / Group Therapy
1:1 ratio Private Therapy are private individual 1-to-1 sessions ideal for those looking to improve mental health and work towards their goals.
2:2 ratio Group Therapy allows for multiple participants and multiple therapists to provide a unique group experience. By using a 2-to-2 ratio format (2 participants and 2 therapists) allow each participant to have their own therapist for the entire session. This allows for enhanced support and supervision with others in developing social skills and communication. This is great for Filial therapy including building sibling connections or for blended families.
1:2 ratio Group (Paired) Therapy sessions are available for only those who also opt for private (1-to-1) therapy. This is so we can effectively match participants with the most suitable therapist and group while being able to provide effective counselling to the enrolling participant. This allows a therapist to work on individual goals privately and in group, the therapist will work on aligned social goals between the participants. All participants requesting groups are required to be entered into an Program of Support. Read more about a PoS.
